VIP CALLOUT £130
We were asked and we listened, we have added an additional call slot everyday for the customer who asks for that same day service,without the wait, but will guarantee a visit to their appliance. T&C's Apply
VIP T&C'S
The Purpose of The VIP Slot is to add that extra something people have been asking for, for an additional charge as an extra call on a normal day.
You will receive a same day visit which will be an all day call as unfortunately we are unable to provide an Am or Pm for this service.
It is a one off fee so anyone can request the slot if it has not been taken for that day, the only additional charge is for any parts required and you will not be charged a further amount for a return visit to fit these.
Payment for Charges are to be made at time of visit.

Calls are booked in 3 increments throughout the day:

AM : 8am till 12pm
​
Family Friendly : 10am till 1400
​
PM : 1400 till 1700

Calls between 1800 & 2000 can be booked but have to be scheduled in advance depending on area and availability, Calls booked between these times will be at the higher rate
